ABC Mall Terms andConditions


Wealth Smart Asia Ltd. (hereinafter ‘WSA’, ‘the company’, ‘us’,‘we’ or ‘our’) provides the content and services on this “abcmall” website (hereinafter ‘eShop’). By accessing and purchasing in the eShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at our sole discretion.


1.   Order Verification

After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity.We also verify the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the purchased products.We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive notification of order cancellation.


2.   Payment

After customers completed order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in Stripe Online Payment Service and we will not capture user's credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.


3. Pick up /Redeem Arrangement

3.1      Some products need to be picked up/used at designated locations

3.1.1    For order enquiry, please whatsapp (852) 5395 5814 or by

3.1.2  Customers shall collect the products during the use/redemption period. If the order not picked up after the due date, the order and the unpicked goods will be automatically replaced, and the payment will not be refunded.

3.2      Pick-up at S.F.Express Service Centre or S.F. Store

3.2.1   S.F.Express will send you an SMS to notify you for order pick-up.

3.2.2   For S.F. Express order, please enter your way bill number (tracking code in shipping confirmation email) on S.F.Express website to track and trace your order delivery status.If you have any further enquiries, please contact S.F. Express customer service hotline at (852) 2730 0273.

3.2.3   If customers do not collect the products within the specific period provided by S.F. Express, the products will return to WSA Headquarter, a management fee of HK$50 per product will be charged, WSA will arrange S.F. Express ship out after received management fee. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollected product will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will be made.



4.Not for resell

All products sold at eShop are for end-users only. All illegal purpose is prohibited. If we have any suspicion on the usage for the purchased items,WSA reserves the right to cancel the transaction.


5. No refund, no return or cancel of purchased items

All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all the information,including product model, specification and price carefully before placing order. 6.  Third Parties Products

We may have products sold in our eShop which are operated by the third party merchants. If you want to use, order or receive any from any of them, please noted that we do not represent or warrant that the information contained in eShop provided by third party merchants will be accurate, complete or reliable. We will not compensate in any format for all direct or indirect loss caused by third parties products.


In case of dispute, Wealth Smart Asia Ltd. reserves the right for final decision.


In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
