In order to ensure the quality and safety of the products and edible products, the company does not accept any return requests except for the product quality problems found on the day of receipt.

When receiving the goods, the customer must check with the courier to verify the type and quantity of the ordered items, and check that the items are in good condition. Please check immediately upon delivery. If you find the packaging is damaged, please report it on the spot and we will arrange for a replacement. If the question is raised after the receipt is confirmed, the company will not be responsible. If you authorize a third party to inspect and sign for receipt, please measure the risk yourself. If the customer gives up the right to count or check in person, the company has the right to refuse to handle returns and refunds.

If you suspect that there is a problem with the quality of the product, please take a photo and email it to within 7 days after receipt. We will respond according to the actual situation. If the customer submits the application overdue, or fails to provide the relevant photos, the company may not be able to handle the problem.
